I have really been trying to complete a full weeks work out (I'm still completing the pre-training section) but I have been struggling to find time especially because I have been unwell for one of those weeks. I have to admit the workouts have been super challenging but I have noticed a change in my body. Being able to complete the workouts a little bit easier each time and noticing my muscles have become slightly more toned. I hope I can find more time to do the exercises as I really want to get fit and toned!!

I was hesitant to buy any sort of online nutrition guide but midnight shopper me took hold and I bought it. Honestly, no regrets! I’ve been following the plan for about 7 weeks now and the food is delicious and uses ‘normal’ ingredients. I’ve never been motivated to stick with a nutrition guide before, but this is awesome. Cannot recommend highly enough!
